The Zigbee development tools refer to tools that exist in addition to those provided via elcap. Currently, the available tools are an RF test app that can be used to perform the TIS/TRP test cases defined by the CSA and a wireless protocol sniffer that can be used with Wireshark.

You can get started by creating a new Trident project for the tool of interest using elcap (see elcap documentation page).
