The zigbee sample applications can be accessed by creating a new Trident project using elcap (see elcap documentation page). These applications are intended to be used as a starting point to create a custom device from.

Our goal is to provide these applications as certifiable zigbee devices out of the box to provide a best in class starting point for development of real world products. We will achieve this goal before the first GA release of the Trident IoT SDK. If you have any requests for features, different sample apps, bug fixes, or anything along those lines please reach out to us and let us know.
